Withdrawal terms
50% of enrolment, if you withdraw in time.
50% of the enrolment fee is refundable only if withdrawal is requested by 25 August 2026, or 15 days before Semester 1, whichever is earlier. All fees are non-refundable in the event of a visa refusal.
Why the visa clause reads the way it does
Because Year One is a real year, not a placeholder.
Fees paid to Empower EDU are non-refundable in the event of a visa refusal because the Certificate Programme is a genuine academic progression pathway into the second year of a partner Indian university. The fee reflects a real, completed year of academic delivery and simultaneous Indian university enrolment — not a placeholder held pending the visa outcome.
